With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Christina brings extensive expertise in complex commercial and residential real estate transactions, with a strong foundation in real estate law. Christina oversees all aspects of due diligence, documentation, and regulatory compliance to ensure seamless, risk-mitigated loan closings. Known for her precision and responsiveness under pressure, Christina plays a critical role in supporting NFF’s commercial lending objectives. Her leadership promotes operational efficiency and upholds legal integrity across all functions of the General Counsel department and throughout the organization. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in business law and an Associate Degree in paralegal studies.
Katya Noreika
As a Senior Director of Loan Origination, Katya (pronounced KAH-tee-yah; she/her) generates pipeline and builds relationships with communities and partners across the Mid-Atlantic and the South, with a focus on her current city of residence, Philadelphia. Katya joined NFF in August 2022 and was thrilled to contribute and build on her 10 years of experience originating, underwriting, and managing loans to community development corporations, affordable housing developers, arts and culture organizations, and small businesses.
Katya is experienced in financing working capital needs as well as a variety of physical community assets, including affordable housing, community facilities, educational facilities, and commercial developments. She frequently coordinates across private and public capital sources, including New Market Tax Credits (NMTC), Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credits (HTC), Capital Magnet Funds (CMF), Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) funds, and Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) programs.
Katya started her career managing Pennsylvania’s largest adult literacy and GED program. She loved that work, but was hungry to address the root problems and systemic injustices that landed people in those programs. She found her calling in the CDFI industry. Katya is passionate about facilitating equity and opportunity in underserved communities through access to catalytic investments.
Gladys Acosta
Gladys Acosta (she/her) is Director of Construction Finance at Nonprofit Finance Fund, where she leads national construction lending and risk management for complex real estate projects serving community-based nonprofits. With over 15 years of experience in banking and lending, Gladys has managed portfolios exceeding $200 million and structured deals involving NMTC, LIHTC, grants, and bridge financing. Prior to NFF, she held senior roles at F&M Bank and Citizens Business Bank, specializing in commercial construction portfolio management and commercial real estate. A proactive risk leader, Gladys has driven policy and process improvements that significantly reduced construction loan risk and improved project outcomes. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from California State University, Sacramento, and is known for her technical rigor, collaborative style, and commitment to equity and financial inclusion.
Kay Domingo
Kay Domingo (she/her) serves as the Senior Associate of HR Operations on the Talent team at Nonprofit Finance Fund and is a proud member of SIEC. She supports the employee journey from start to finish, making sure everything from onboarding to offboarding runs smoothly and thoughtfully. She has a background in education and the entertainment industry. Artistically, she has performed with Los Angeles Contemporary Dance Company, Cantinas Arts Foundation, and Janet Jackson’s “Rhythm Nation” choreographer, Anthony Thomas.

Kiara Vosges
Kiara (she/her) serves as the Executive Administrator and Board Liaison at NFF, where she drives executive effectiveness through strategic, operational, and administrative impact. As a vital conduit between the CEO, Leadership Team, and Board of Directors, she ensures seamless communication and organizational alignment. Kiara manages executive scheduling, high-level engagements, and the logistics and materials for board and leadership meetings. Beyond daily operations, she contributes to aligning priorities and developing organizational strategy – ensuring initiatives advance the CEO and NFF’s long-term impact and goals. Since joining NFF in April 2022, Kiara has elevated board governance, streamlined operational systems, and led cross-functional projects and major events with agility, discretion, and a steadfast commitment to mission.
Previously, she held leadership roles in executive support, human resources, and operations at the Lund Family Center and All Hands and Hearts. There, she led diversity and inclusion initiatives, guided operational planning, and managed disaster logistics, bringing volunteers together, energizing teams, and driving mission-aligned results. Her approach reflects a deep commitment to centering community and strong organizational insight, strengthened by certifications in nonprofit leadership and community development finance.
Jenna Oliver
Jenna is a Senior Associate in the Operations & IT department, where she thrives in solving complex challenges, fostering strong partnerships, and architecting smart, scalable solutions. She manages content on the internal knowledge base, Mission Control, oversees the organization’s use of the project management tool, Asana, and leads the annual Employee Experience Survey—an internal review focused on systems, tools, and processes. Jenna works collaboratively across departments to identify operational challenges and thoughtfully translate those needs into user-friendly solutions in Salesforce. She also maintains critical integrations between Salesforce and FormAssembly, streamlining data collection and reporting to enhance organizational efficiency. Certified as both a Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst, Jenna brings a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking to her work.
Yulin Ma
Yulin (she/her) leads impact data reporting at NFF by coordinating data collection from NFF’s portfolio, and leveraging systems to track output and outcomes data from clients. The data she provides supports grant applications, investors/funders compliance reporting, and evaluation of progress towards internal goals. Yulin has maintained and developed various data dashboards, including dashboards related to tracking enterprise goals and analyzing client loan intakes.
Yulin also plays an important role in operational and information technology projects where she analyzes business processes and systems to make recommendations that improve and streamline work processes.
