Yulin (she/her) leads impact data reporting at NFF by coordinating data collection from NFF’s portfolio, and leveraging systems to track output and outcomes data from clients. The data she provides supports grant applications, investors/funders compliance reporting, and evaluation of progress towards internal goals. Yulin has maintained and developed various data dashboards, including dashboards related to tracking enterprise goals and analyzing client loan intakes.
Yulin also plays an important role in operational and information technology projects where she analyzes business processes and systems to make recommendations that improve and streamline work processes.
Jenna is a Senior Associate in the Operations & IT department, where she thrives in solving complex challenges, fostering strong partnerships, and architecting smart, scalable solutions. She manages content on the internal knowledge base, Mission Control, oversees the organization’s use of the project management tool, Asana, and leads the annual Employee Experience Survey—an internal review focused on systems, tools, and processes. Jenna works collaboratively across departments to identify operational challenges and thoughtfully translate those needs into user-friendly solutions in Salesforce. She also maintains critical integrations between Salesforce and FormAssembly, streamlining data collection and reporting to enhance organizational efficiency. Certified as both a Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst, Jenna brings a blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking to her work.
Kiara (she/her) serves as the Executive Administrator and Board Liaison at NFF, where she drives executive effectiveness through strategic, operational, and administrative impact. As a vital conduit between the CEO, Leadership Team, and Board of Directors, she ensures seamless communication and organizational alignment. Kiara manages executive scheduling, high-level engagements, and the logistics and materials for board and leadership meetings. Beyond daily operations, she contributes to aligning priorities and developing organizational strategy – ensuring initiatives advance the CEO and NFF’s long-term impact and goals. Since joining NFF in April 2022, Kiara has elevated board governance, streamlined operational systems, and led cross-functional projects and major events with agility, discretion, and a steadfast commitment to mission.
Previously, she held leadership roles in executive support, human resources, and operations at the Lund Family Center and All Hands and Hearts. There, she led diversity and inclusion initiatives, guided operational planning, and managed disaster logistics, bringing volunteers together, energizing teams, and driving mission-aligned results. Her approach reflects a deep commitment to centering community and strong organizational insight, strengthened by certifications in nonprofit leadership and community development finance.

Sendy Alcidonis (she/her) joined the NFF team in December 2022. She is excited to come alongside leaders of mission driven organizations as they work to advance social change in their communities. In her role as a Director on the Consulting team at NFF, Sendy offers financial consulting to nonprofit leaders and facilitates understanding of financial concepts through individual and group learning sessions. Sendy is honored to support mission-driven organizations as they navigate change and transition with the tools and resources that best meet their needs and their highest aspirations.
Prior to joining NFF, Sendy gained more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector in behavioral health, youth development, and higher education. Sendy has earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s in Public Administration from the Biden School of Public Policy & Administration at University of Delaware, and a PhD in Geography and Urban Studies with a Graduate Certificate in Women’s Studies from Temple University. Sendy’s role models are Audre Lorde, bell hooks, Beyoncé, and Oprah (in that order). She looks forward to partnering with you!

Jhojan (pronounced jo:han) Ortiz is a Manager on the Portfolio Management team, where he oversees a portfolio of investments and credit risk for a diverse range of loan clients. His responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining borrower relationships, servicing active loans, and monitoring credit activity to support lending decisions.
Jhojan brings a sound background in mission-driven finance, having previously served as an Investment Management Analyst at Nuveen, where he focused on natural capital and climate investments, and as a Risk Officer at Root Capital, managing agricultural lending in emerging markets.
Originally from Colombia, Jhojan began his career in the financial services industry, holding risk management roles at investment banks and pension funds. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in finance and international relations. With a global perspective and a deep commitment to equity, Jhojan is passionate about expanding access to capital and supporting community-centered development.
Jacqueline is Director of Underwriting at NFF, where she leads the underwriting process, secures credit approvals, and supports the closing and funding of loans. She brings over 25 years of experience in nonprofit management, finance, and entrepreneurship. Jacqueline joined NFF to strengthen mission-driven organizations and improve how capital supports social good—especially in historically under-resourced communities.
Before NFF, Jacqueline founded and led a consulting firm that advised nonprofits focused on social justice. She also served as President of the Black Alliance for Educational Options, a national nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to quality education for low-income and working-class Black families. She began her career at JPMorgan Chase.
Jacqueline holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bryn Mawr College and a Master of Business Administration in finance and accounting from NYU’s Stern School of Business. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Association of American Educators.
