Amber Randolph

Amber Randolph is Associate Vice President of New Jersey Programs for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF), where she leads efforts to advance health equity across the state, with the goal of making New Jersey a place where everyone has the opportunity to live their healthiest possible life. Before RWJF, Amber served as Senior Vice Chancellor of Administration, Economic Development, and Chief Financial Officer at Rutgers University-Newark. She also previously held roles at Deutsche Bank’s Community Finance Group, Primary Care Development Corporation, and Low Income Investment Fund. Amber serves as a volunteer member of the FJC Foundation, a donor-advised fund, and Salvation Army Newark. Past board member service includes the City Parks Foundation, Greater Newark Conservancy, Newark Downtown District, and the Newark Regional Business Partnership.

 

 

Tony Pickett

Tony Pickett is the CEO of Grounded Solutions Network, a national nonprofit focused on equitable and inclusive affordable housing policies and programs, such as community land trusts (CLTs), deed-restricted housing, and inclusionary housing. He has more than 35 years of community development experience with a focus on innovation and social outcomes. Tony’s expertise has been featured in Bloomberg Businessweek, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Washington Post, and he is a frequent speaker at housing industry convenings, including those hosted by the Federal Home Loan Bank, Urban Land Institute, National League of Cities, National Community Reinvestment Coalition, Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, and Habitat for Humanity.

 

 

Michael Major

Michael Major is the Founder and acting Executive Director of Called To Serve Community Development Corporation in North Philadelphia, and the Interim Pastor of the historic Zion Baptist Church located in North Philadelphia. Mike is also a Senior Technology Business Analyst and Software Development Manager for Susquehanna International Group. The Susquehanna Group of Companies is a global trading and technology company active in financial markets on four continents. Mike is leading the $18 million renovation of a 100+ year-old former church that will be the Rev. Leon H. Sullivan Community Impact Center. He has served as Board President of Philmont Christian Academy and on the board of Mastery Charter Schools.

Sara Davis

Sara Davis is the Head of Grantmaking and Philanthropic Services at Hillspire LLC, an integrated family office management company serving the investments, foundations, and activities of Eric and Wendy Schmidt and family. Previously, Sara was the Director of Grantmaking Operations, Insight, and Learning at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. Sara is currently a member of the advisory board for the Center for Effective Philanthropy and is a previous board member for Northern California Grantmakers and PEAK Grantmaking. She was previously co-chair of the True Cost Initiative focused on improving philanthropic practices for financial management and capacity in the nonprofit sector.
