Dominique Hugg (she/her) is the Senior Director of Consulting Practice Management at Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF), where she leads operational strategy, cross team collaboration and support, and process improvement for the Consulting department. She ensures that systems, data, and structures are in place to help NFF’s consultants deliver high-impact work to nonprofits nationwide.
Since joining NFF in 2013, Dominique has held both internal and client-facing roles, supporting nonprofit leaders through one-on-one engagements, workshops, and initiatives focused on financial strategy and organizational health. She brings a strong commitment to equity, sustainability, and practical solutions that help mission-driven organizations thrive.
Dominique holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in political science from Lehigh University and serves as co-Treasurer on the board of Dance/NYC. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring parks and beaches with her toddler, tending her balcony garden, and using dance as a joyful form of fitness and expression.
