David (he/him) is Vice President of NFF’s Financing department, which sources and structures loans to a wide range of mission-driven organizations primarily in the human services, healthcare, education, affordable housing, and environmental sectors. He oversees the deployment of NFF’s loan programs and New Markets Tax Credit investments, as well as the development of new financing products to meet the evolving needs of NFF’s clients, increasing their access to capital. Prior to joining NFF in 2014, David was the portfolio manager at Opportunity Finance Network, a national association of Community Development Financial Institutions. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College and a master’s in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania, where he has also taught a graduate course in economic development.
