As Senior Director on the Consulting Services team at Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF), Brian (he/him) leads with vision, energy, and a deep commitment to social change. He drives dynamic consulting efforts that help nonprofits and philanthropies unlock their full potential—leading everything from one-on-one engagements to large-scale, multi-organization initiatives. Brian brings a strategic, creative approach to financial consulting, helping mission-driven organizations to strengthen their impact, sustainability, and long-term success. A trusted thought partner to leaders across the sector, he thrives at the intersection of purpose and performance.
Before joining NFF, Brian led a workforce development and education program in South Los Angeles, where he created transformative career and post-secondary pathways for youth and young adults. His commitment to community-led change also took him to Central America as a Peace Corps volunteer, where he advanced health and sustainable infrastructure initiatives. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and public administration from Elon University and a Master of Arts in public administration—with a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management—from California State University, Northridge.
