The Accelerating Permanent Supportive Housing Fund provides flexible predevelopment loans that nonprofit developers can use where and as needed to advance projects from the predevelopment phase to the construction phase. For example, loans can be used for predevelopment costs on a project where the developer does not have site control (e.g., developing on a city-owned parcel). Developers can also recycle this capital from project to project for up to three years.
