Sal Migliaccio (he/him) is a Manager with NFF’s Consulting practice based in New York City. He works alongside nonprofit leaders across the US, helping organizations use their financial data to make informed and strategic decisions about their futures. Sal has worked with clients to build strategic budgets, scenario planning tools, and program profitability models. He also facilitates workshops and trainings for nonprofit leaders on a variety of topics including readiness for nonprofit debt and facility ownership.
Sal has over 10 years of nonprofit experience in program and operations roles within the human services and disaster relief sectors. Prior to joining NFF, Sal worked at the Ali Forney Center, where he spearheaded special projects including the agency’s real estate development portfolio—with one project completed in partnership with NFF’s Financing team. He has also served as Manager of Program Operations at Covenant House International, and as a Manager on the US Programs team at Americares. Sal holds a master’s in urban planning from Hunter College, and completed his bachelor’s degree in history at Hampshire College.
