Sabrina (she/her) joined the Finance Team at NFF as the Associate, Loan Fund Accounting in March 2025 after eight years in the banking industry with Oak Valley Community Bank, First Republic Bank, and JPMorgan Chase. She leverages her experience to drive accuracy and transparency across NFF’s loan portfolios.
Sabrina maintains NFF’s portfolio schedules, trusted as the enterprise’s ‘source of truth,’ and oversees the monthly closing process for loan receivables, seamlessly reconciling the general ledger and bank transactions with both portfolio schedules and the Loan Management System (LMS).
Each month, quarter, and year, Sabrina prepares detailed reports and account reconciliations, generates and analyzes LMS data on principal and interest remittances, accruals, and capitalizations, and reconciles discrepancies at both the macro portfolio level and individual loan level. She also partners with the Loan Servicing Department to investigate missing payments, maintain delinquency journals, and log daily remittances—ensuring every cash flow is accurately recorded.
When she’s not balancing ledgers, Sabrina enjoys playing piano, creating diamond art, curling up with a good book, and playing video games with her son and partner.
