Joshua Sudman (he/him) is the Senior Director of Treasury at Nonprofit Finance Fund, where he leads the organization’s treasury operations and serves as a key advisor to the CFO and senior leadership on strategic initiatives and financial planning. With over five years at NFF, he has held progressively senior roles, overseeing asset/liability management, investor reporting, loan servicing, fund accounting, and federal compliance across a complex loan portfolio. Joshua brings deep expertise in community development finance, treasury management, and financial analysis, driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and financial stewardship. Prior to joining NFF, he held multiple roles at REIL Capital, a small family-owned financial services firm, where he led marketing strategy and operations in support of small business financing solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Columbia University in the City of New York.
Joshua’s interests include music, history, politics, and economics. Outside of work you can find him practicing guitar, watching documentaries, taking photos of his cat Arthur, or searching for the best culinary experiences New York City has to offer.
