Brittany Brown (she/her) brings a client-centered approach and deep commitment to equitable access to capital in her role as Senior Associate, Loan Origination at Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF). She leads early-stage conversations with nonprofit and mission-driven organizations seeking financing and helps assess alignment with NFF’s loan products and strategic goals. As a key member of the Financing team, Brittany manages intake, conducts market and organizational research, and collaborates across teams to ensure an efficient and values-driven origination process.
Prior to joining NFF, Brittany spent several years working in education and served as a Director of Workforce Training, where she developed and managed programs that supported career advancement for underserved communities. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with organizations advancing inclusion and belonging across education, housing, health care, and human services—sectors deeply aligned with NFF’s mission. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Los Angeles.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, boxing, cooking, visiting art galleries and botanical gardens, and cheering on her son as he competes in his local soccer league.
