Clinette serves as a manager in the General Counsel Department at Nonprofit Finance Fund, where she leads a wide array of legal and administrative projects. Her primary responsibilities include managing projects related to client loan closings by drafting legal documents, coordinating pre- and post-closing activities (including amendments and modifications), and preparing UCC filings, lien and collateral releases, and corporate searches.
She also handles administrative tasks such as organizing and maintaining client files, updating systems like Salesforce and cloud storage platforms, and tracking legal department activities. In addition, Clinette contributes to special projects, supports departmental leadership, and assists in advising a dynamic organization on complex legal and strategic matters. She reports to the Vice President of the General Counsel Department and operates with a high degree of autonomy under general supervision. In addition to her role as Manager, she also is a member of the Social Innovative and Equity Council (SIEC) and Black Women’s ERG.
