Lacy (she/her) serves as the Senior Director, Organizational Culture and Inclusion working to advance NFF’s strategic priorities and support cross-cutting initiatives.
As one of NFF’s utility players, she has worn many hats: board liaison, executive coordinator, program/event manager, and project lead. She has worked collaboratively with the executive and senior leadership teams and continues to support an internal culture working group that collaborates with each department, especially Talent, to ensure staff have the resources and guidance needed to meet our strategic goals.
Previously, as Program Officer at Communities for Just Schools Fund, she oversaw $4 million in grants to regional and national nonprofits working on school discipline reform. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College – The City University of New York (CUNY), and a Bachelor of Science in biotechnology from the University of California, Davis. Lacy lives in Philadelphia, PA.
