Meadow brings clarity to the complexities of financial management, translating the language of finance and data into accessible insights that help nonprofit organizations achieve their highest potential for impact. Through customized workshops, individualized coaching, and comprehensive financial analysis, she equips nonprofit leaders and funders with the tools to think strategically about a wide range of financial decisions. Meadow plays a leadership role in key client initiatives, leads the development of the department’s most sophisticated financial models and tools, and contributes to the ongoing training and professional development of team members.
Prior to her tenure at NFF, Meadow served as a strategy and finance consultant for social enterprises, co-founded an educational nonprofit organization in Peru, and held the role of program director at a grantmaking foundation in Colorado. She holds a Master of Business Administration in monprofit management from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Denver.
