Los Angeles Early Care and Education Provider Financial Analysis

NFF partnered with the California Community Foundation and First 5 LA to study the financial and operational challenges faced by 26 early care and education (ECE) center-based providers in Los Angeles. Findings include policy and systems change solutions that can enhance the fiscal strength of the sector, so that more providers have the resources needed to provide quality care.
