Prior to NFF, my professional experiences focused more on direct policy, from working with the City of Boston’s constituent hotline to researching trends in global political violence in Sydney, Australia. That said, I came to NFF with a desire to understand how finance and data is a critical part of public service. I’ve found NFF to be a place that not only recognizes finance as an integral aspect of every organization’s and government’s mission, but one that uses finance to serve, not restrict, the missions of our clients. Finance has long been (and continues to be) a driver of larger injustices, and what inspires me most is the growing commitment to centering our work around historically disinvested communities.
Separately, as an avid consumer of all things pop culture, you’ll also find me going to concerts and binging more TV than I should. When the weather permits, I enjoy going for hikes around upstate in NY and generally staying near nature.
