Onika oversees compliance and monitoring of NFF’s New Markets Tax Credit portfolio, which encompasses transactions from Boston to Hawaii. Prior to joining NFF, she worked at New Jersey Community Capital and the National Federation of Community Development Credit Unions. Onika holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University and a Master’s Degree in urban affairs from the City University of New York's Hunter College.
