Neha Shah is a strategic leader and driving force behind the development, implementation, and visibility of the Charles Schwab Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) vision, strategy and programs, with a focus on nimbly deploying capital in historically and systemically excluded communities through loans, investments, grants and volunteer services.
Before Schwab, she thrived in a career leading and executing mission-driven strategies that focused on transforming marginalized communities through the development and financing of affordable housing, small business, childcare, charter schools and community facilities. Neha has a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master’s in Urban Planning from New York University. She resides in the Los Angeles area with her family.
