Meadow Didier

The nonprofit world is my home, and as messy as it is, as difficult as the jobs we have set ourselves are, I love this work. Nonprofit organizations are the ones on the front lines fighting for justice and vital social change, and at NFF I do what I can to make those jobs easier. As a member of the Consulting team within Client Services, I support nonprofit leaders in creating the space they need to think more strategically about a range of financial issues, all with the goal of strengthening their ability to deliver impact. When I’m not wearing my NFF hat, I’m volunteering with my local community, reading through precariously balanced piles of books, and exploring the outdoors.

Bio: Meadow makes the language of finance accessible to help mission-driven organizations reach their highest potential for impact. She advises nonprofits and funders on a range of strategic issues, including financial literacy, effective capitalization, and planning for growth and adaptability. Prior to NFF, she served as a strategy and finance consultant for social enterprises, as a co-founder of an educational nonprofit in Peru, and as a program director for a grant-making foundation in Colorado. Meadow earned a Master of Business Administration in nonprofit management and Master of Arts in sustainable international development from Brandeis University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Denver.
