Director

Farhin Zaman

To summarize my role in three words, it would be data, systems and surveys. I help manage and consolidate our client and impact-focused data and find ways to transform that data into usable insights for the team. And there’s a lot of data! From using Salesforce to document the great work done by our client team on the ground to our ongoing surveys collecting direct client feedback, I try to capture the outputs and outcomes of our work. I also work with other business units to discuss and improve upon the systems we use to keep up with the ever-evolving tech world. In my day-to-day, I can be found in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerBI, where I continue to build my skills in data modeling, visualization and, when I’m feeling bold, some occasional coding.

When I’m not busy tinkering with our software or making custom color palettes for my excel spreadsheets, I like watching sarcastic British dramas, books that distract me during long subway commutes and trekking to Queens for some good chai and dim sum.
