David leads NFF's Financing department, which invests in a wide range of mission-driven organizations primarily in the human services, healthcare, education, and affordable housing sectors. He oversees the deployment and management of NFF's loan programs, as well as the development of new financing products to meet the evolving needs of NFF's clients and increase their access to capital. Prior to joining NFF in 2014, David was a portfolio manager at Opportunity Finance Network, a national association of Community Development Financial Institutions. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College and a Masters in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, where he has also taught a graduate course in economic development.
