Vice President

Annie Chang

I’m always looking for ways that we can be better – as individuals and as a community. I feel blessed that my career has been filled with opportunities to partner with others to find and implement better ways of doing things - ranging from analyzing state legislation to supporting employees at large for-profit companies to empowering communities working on improving outcomes for young children. My work at NFF continues on this path and has allowed me to be a partner with dedicated nonprofit leaders and thoughtful philanthropic partners as we all seek brighter and more just communities. I often share with partners that NFF enters our work through the lens of “finance” but usually find that it is just the entry point to larger organizational and systemic change, which I love and am proud to be a part of.
