The exciting part about the role I get to play on the Operations team is that the seasons are always changing – sometimes there’s a big system change to implement, then a new data visualization to add to the enterprise dashboard, but on the horizon is a business process mapping project that’ll kick off concurrent to a new integration that needs testing. Not only do I get to wear a lot of hats each day, but they often change from hour to hour (insert romcom fitting room montage here).
I have a BS in International Business and an MS in International Development with a focus in Microfinance and Financial Inclusion, and I received my Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification in 2019.
Outside of NFF, I’m an avid air show attendee (equally happy watching WWII-era tribute flypasts as I am the next stealth tech), a taphophile-photographer (look it up!), and a budding birdwatcher.
