Kristin Giantris, Managing Director, Advisory Services, was a recent guest on the Craft of Consulting podcast. In this episode, she discusses her transition from Wall Street to nonprofit financial consulting and highlights the importance of cultivating client relationships. 

"Don't see your client as the other, or as the challenger, as the enemy. See them as a partner," said Giantris. "We tend to go into meetings and sit on opposite sides of the table. You, ultimately, metaphorically, want to be feeling like you're sitting on the same side of the table. Try to enter the relationships that way."
