Essential Social Services Are Struggling to Survive the COVID-19 Crisis

June 3, 2020

Many nonprofit community-based organizations (CBOs) are struggling to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic. To better understand the specific challenges CBOs are facing, NFF, with support from the Commonwealth Fund, surveyed nonprofit leaders across different sectors.

  2. Workforce availability.
  3. Delivering services to clients.

The blog also discusses how funders and policy makers could help CBOs continue to provide essential services during and beyond the crisis.
