Jihye helps nonprofits and funders make mission-centered, data-informed decisions. She facilitates workshops and leads engagements with organizations in advocacy, arts, community development, and human services, and supports the Consulting team's institutional knowledge management. Prior to joining NFF in 2014, she explored the role and impact of institutions through work with the US Attorney’s Office, German Institute for Political Education, US Department of Human Services, and US Chamber of Commerce. Jihye holds a Bachelor of Arts in government from Harvard University. She serves on the grants committee of The Philanthropy Connection, a women’s grantmaking collective, and volunteers as a case mediator in the Massachusetts District Court system.


Stakeholder partnerships -- private-public, government-philanthropy, etc. -- are necessary to address social problems. I love tackling an issue in partnership with nonprofits and funders, helping organizations be more effective and better supported.
