Beth Doreian

As CFO, Beth serves as a key member of the leadership team and provides oversight for NFF’s fiscal function. In this role, she manages a 10-person team, overseeing all financial policies, procedures, controls, accounting, reporting, and planning. Beth has 15 years of strategic finance experience, with a background in advising complex and high-growth nonprofits in strategy, planning, and risk management. For two years, Beth led NFF’s Financial Planning & Analysis function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and investor relations. Prior to this role, Beth served as a senior consultant with NFF, delivering customized client consultations and trainings. Prior to NFF, Beth was Director of Finance and Administration for a nonprofit supportive housing developer and Controller for international loan fund Root Capital. Beth holds a Master of Business Administration from Simmons College and a Bachelor of Science from Muhlenberg College.
