NFF Appoints New Hires in Financial Services, Advisory Services, and Knowledge & Impact
Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF) has brought on three new hires to cover key positions within NFF’s Financial Services, Advisory Services and Knowledge & Impact divisions.
Kathy Olsen joins NFF as Vice President of Underwriting, Financial Services. Kathy is responsible for overseeing NFF’s underwriting activities, including financial and credit analysis and transaction structuring. Before joining NFF, Kathy was Director, Educational Facilities Financing Center at Local Initiatives Support Corporation.
Kate Crisalli joins as Business Development Manager of Advisory Services. Based in NFF’s New York headquarters, Kate is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Business Development Group, which supports NFF’s national consulting team in advancing the strategic growth, impact and sustainability objectives of the Advisory Services business unit. Prior to NFF, Kate was a senior associate at Thurlow/Associates, a Los Angeles consulting firm specializing in strategic fundraising and organizational development for nonprofits. She has a particular interest in effective public-private partnerships, and has held related positions with the National Park Service, JPMorgan Chase, and CECP.
Jaclyn Kelly joins NFF as the Associate Director of Impact Measurement, Knowledge & Impact where she will spearhead thinking and strategy around measurement and evaluation efforts for NFF. Prior to NFF, Jaclyn ran her own consulting firm, J.U.M.P. Evaluation, through which she provided evaluation services, statistical analyses, and strategic programmatic guidance to nonprofit organizations. She held research and evaluation positions at the World Health Organization, PENCIL, Inwood House, and Columbia University, and was a Global Social Innovation Fellow at the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University.
